Free Plan
Our Free Plan offers basic support, including essential troubleshooting and guidance. Perfect for light users or those getting to know their machine. *Note: All existing FreshDesk account holders will automatically be placed in this tier. No further action is required. If you need to purchase Add-on Support Hours in the future after the Annual subscription enrollment window has closed, a minimum of 2-hours ($250/hr) per ticket submission will be required to receive support.
Basic Plan
The Basic Plan provides everything in the Free Plan, plus expanded access to technical support, ensuring you have the help you need to keep your operations running.
Advanced Plan
Step up with the Advanced Plan, featuring faster response times, priority support, and comprehensive troubleshooting. This plan is ideal for businesses that rely heavily on their fiber laser machines and need quick, reliable solutions.

Additional Machines
For companies who own multiple FabLights, a $500 fee per additional machine is required in order to support your full operations.
